Terms of Service — ClashPop

1 Introduction

Welcome to ClashPop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClashPop mobile application ("App") and all related services, provided by Teknistore Co. Ltd., a company incorporated at Rooms 1318-19, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("we", "us" or "our").

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 Age Requirements

Use of ClashPop is permitted only to users aged 13 years or older. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the App and making any in-app purchases.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account where it is determined that the user does not meet the minimum age requirements.

3 Account Creation

To access ClashPop, you must sign in using a Google or Apple account. We do not offer registration via email and password.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities carried out through it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or misuse of your account by writing to info@clashpop.app.

4 License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App;
Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code;
Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization;
Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the App;
Attempt to manipulate game systems, scores, or leaderboards in any unauthorized manner.

5 User Conduct

ClashPop is a competitive platform. You agree to use it fairly and respectfully. In particular, it is prohibited to:

Use the App in any way that could damage, overload, or compromise our servers or networks;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts;
Take any action that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6 In-App Purchases

The App offers content and features that can be purchased through in-app purchases ("IAP"). All purchases are:

Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the distribution platform (Apple App Store / Google Play Store);
Processed directly by Apple or Google under their respective purchase terms;
Non-transferable to other accounts or users.

        No recurring subscriptions
        We do not offer recurring subscriptions. Purchased content is linked to your account and may not be recoverable in the event of a permanent ban for violation of these Terms.
      

7 App Content

All content within the App — including graphics, text, sounds, characters, logos, and game mechanics — is generated by and remains the property of Teknistore Co. Ltd. or its respective licensors.

You do not acquire any ownership rights over App content. Content purchased through IAP represents a limited, revocable license to use such content within the App.

8 Analytics & Third-Party SDKs

The App uses Firebase and Google Analytics to collect anonymous analytical data regarding App usage, in order to improve its features and performance. The processing of such data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9 Account Suspension and Ban

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice in the most serious cases.

        Temporary suspension
        Access to the account will be restricted for a defined period.
      

        Permanent ban
        The account will be permanently deactivated. Content purchased through IAP will not be refunded or transferred.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities. You use the App at your own risk.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teknistore Co. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, game progress, or purchased content.

12 Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

In the event of material changes to these Terms, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after such period will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
